The Salmon Youth Centre sign was one that presented us with a number of issues to overcome. The biggest one being the curved brick face that the sign had to match perfectly and the next being the very restricted access for installation.
We had numerous site meetings before the actual specification for the sign was decided upon. The chosen method for manufacture was aluminium sheet rolled to match the curve of the brickwork with a folded edge return. The curve on the brickwork wasn't symetrical so a template had to be taken and the sheet aluminium formed to match the irregular shape.
The 12m x 1.5m sign then had a gloss white powder coat finish put on and the graphics were printed and applied in an exterior vinyl with a UV laminate over the top.

Having carried out a site survey themselves and supplied all the necessary documentation Nationwide Access were employed by us to provide the Cherry Picker. The sign itself we designed in such a way that each section interlocked with the next working from the bottom up. This made the installation easier by allowing the weight of each section to sit on the one below whilst it was fixed back into place.
We carried out the installation over the weekend so as to minimise the disruption to pedestrians and local road system.
Another successful job carried out by Signseen from initial concept right through to completion and another satisfied customer.
